Enough of theory. Let’s go to the recipe: Avocados stuffed with eggs and smoked salmon .
Here is what you need (for 2 people):
2 lawyers
60 g smoked salmon
4 eggs
Salt and pepper from the mill
Ground red pepper
Fresh dill
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and remove the baking sheet.
Cut the avocados in length and remove the kernel. If your avocados are small, dig them with a spoon, so that they can hold an egg.
Place a sheet of parchment paper on the baking sheet, put in the avocados, and arrange some strips of smoked salmon on the avocados.
Break an egg into a bowl. Remove the egg yolk with a spoon and pour the white into the avocado. Cover with egg yolk.
Salt and pepper the avocados and put in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Once the eggs are set, remove the avocados from the oven. Sprinkle with some chilli and fresh dill before serving.
