The nights are long, it’s cool and humid, it’s been a long time since summer, and different viral diseases are struggling. In this season, it is good to nurture your body with one vitamin-rich salad. Vitamin C is vital for body health. The human body itself does not produce vitamin C and does not deposit for long periods. Thus, vitamin C-rich foods should be consumed daily. This fresh fruit salad is made from a variety of vitamin C-rich ingredients and, in addition to the seeds-nuts mix, keeps the salad with your healthy fats too fast for blood sugar.

Vitamin Bomb Of Kiwi
Kiwifruit are rich in vitamins and minerals, rich in folic acid, potassium, chromium and vitamin E, notably magnesium, phosphorus and calcium. There is plenty of vitamin C in kiwi, many times more than in highly acclaimed citrus. Thanks to the enzymes and fibers found in the flesh, the digestion of kiwi accelerates, and in large quantities it can act as a laxative. With 100 grams of kiwi, only 70 kilocalories of energy can be obtained.

Two kiwifruit give as much fiber as one grapefruit, twice as much vitamin C as one average orange and at least as much potassium as one big banana.

Pomel as a delicious grapefruit
All citrus fruits are also good sources of vitamin C. Mandarins and oranges are known as fruits of the winter table. In recent years, commercial cheeses have been accompanied by fruit such as pomel that tastes like a mild grapefruit. Pomel is one of the largest citrus fruits, with diameters ranging from 15 to 25 cm, and weighs up to 1-2 kg. Pomel contains the essential minerals (potassium, iron and phosphorus), beta-carotene, group B vitamins and rich vitamin C.

Containing a lot of pectin, pomel reduces cholesterol, neutralizes the body’s heavy metals and harmful compounds formed in the digestive tract. It also highlights its positive effect on high blood pressure lowering. Due to its high potassium content, pomel positively affects the whole circulatory system.
