A healthy recipe for adults and children. Easy to make and super tasty.
For the pie dough:
Ingredients:
- Wholemeal flour / white 2 cups.
- Salt 1 tbsp.
- 1 tbsp oil
- Water ½ cup
Step by Step:
- Mix the flour and salt.
- Add the oil and mix.
- Add the water little by little and knead until it forms a smooth and homogeneous dough.
- Let stand covered in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Stretch and place on previously oiled pan.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
For the filling:
Ingredients:
- Cooked carrot 2 cups.
- Cooked chard 2 cups.
- Onion chopped 1 pcs
- Egg 2 u.
- Egg white 2 u.
- 1 cup skim milk
- Corn starch 30 g.
- Condiments: salt, pepper, nutmeg.
- Optional: roasted sunflower or pumpkin seeds, 1 tbsp.
Step by Step:
- Mix the milk, corn starch and chopped onion in a pot.
- Bring to a simmer and stir until it thickens.
- Let cool and add eggs and egg whites.
- Spice up.
- Divide the preparation into two equal parts.
- Mix one of the parts with the cooked and chopped chard and the other part with the carrot puree.
Beloved of the cake:
- Place the chard filling on the pre-cooked cake dough.
- Add the carrot filling.
- Above sprinkle with roasted sunflower seeds.
- Cook in medium oven for 30 more minutes.
