A good bodybuilding nutrition is key to determining how successful you are in your bodybuilding program. Training without good nutrition is like rowing against the tide. At best, do not stay on the same spot and go ahead a bit, but in the end, will get you nowhere.

A GOOD BODYBUILDING NUTRITION MUST FOLLOW 3 RULES:
1- It is advisable to favor smaller and more frequent feedings throughout the day instead of smaller ones.

2- Each meal should have carbohydrates, protein and fat in the correct proportions: 40% carbohydrates, 40% protein, 20% good fats.

3- Calories must be activated to prevent the metabolism from getting used to a certain caloric level

EXAMPLE BODYBUILDING NUTRITION FOR MEN
Meal 1 (7 hours)

1 cup dry oats mixed with water
1 cup egg beaters

Meal 2 (9 hours)

Pack of meal replacements mixed with water or a protein powder (with about 40 g of protein) mixed with 40 grams of carbohydrates from rice cream, corn grits, or oatmeal .
1 tablespoon linseed oil (spectrum mark is the best).

Meal 3 (12 hrs)

1 cup brown rice, medium sized or baked potato, or 1 cup oatmeal
2 cups green beans, broccoli or any other desired vegetable
6-8 ounces of chicken, turkey or lean fish

Meal 4 (15:00)

Even as a meal 2

Meal 5 (18:00)

1 cup brown rice, medium sized or baked potato, or 1 cup oatmeal
2 cups green beans, broccoli or any other desired vegetable
6-8 ounces of chicken, turkey or lean fish

Meal 6 (20:00)

Even as a meal 2

Make sure and certain that you cover at least the basics of supplementation which are a multiple vitamin and mineral formula, 3 grams of vitamin C split in 3 equal portions throughout the day, 200mcg of chromium picolinate, and fatty acids essential oils derived from either fish, linseed oil or extra virgin olive oil. In addition, for the sake of convenience a good package of meal replacements or protein powder is a great way to add calories and valuable nutrients to your diet. In addition to these basic supplements, I also recommend Creatine (please refer to my Creatine Basics section) and Glutamine (please refer to my Glutamine Basics section) as these two supplements offer many of the same properties as anabolic steroids (such as increased recovery, increased resistance, increased glycogen levels, improved immune system and higher nitrogen synthesis) without the side effects as they do not are not hormones.

Are there any bodybuilding supplements that can help a bodybuilder burn fat? If the tips given above are not followed, then no supplements that you take can help you in your quest to burn fat. However, assuming you follow all the tips given above, there are a few stacks of supplements that can actually improve your metabolism and help you in your quest for better definition.
