The large amount of leaks on the different models of iPhone 11 allowed us to have a concrete idea of the next iPhone. The latest report by the well-known analyst Ming-Chi Kuo – expert on Apple products – has allowed us to obtain new news about the photographic sector of the devices.
iPhone 11: the new photographic sectors
According to Kuo, the photographic sector dedicated to selfies – hence the front camera – will go from 7MP to 12MP on the successors of the iPhone XR , XS and XS Max . A remarkable leap forward, certainly not only in terms of megapixels, but also from the point of view of the sensor, which will probably be a new generation. Furthermore, some time ago we talked about a special dark film that would allow you to hide the front camera without compromising its operation. A detail that would make it possible to improve the overall aesthetics of the devices.
As for the rear compartment, by now it is practically certain that on the new editions of XS and XS Max there will be three 12MP sensors , all produced by Sony . The main room will be joined by a camera for optical zoom and one for wide-angle shots. As for the successor to the iPhone XR, it should have two photographic sensors on board, but it is not yet known what the second camera would be for.
The launch of the new melafonini is expected, as usual, in autumn. The successors of the iPhone XS, XS Max and XR – presented at the same event – will probably be followed by the arrival of the iPhone SE 2 : according to the latest rumors , the new model of compact iPhone will be announced in March or April 2020.
