Even though Anthony Russo said that he isn’t focussing on beating ‘Avatar’ to become the highest grossing movie ever just yesterday, looks like he didn’t get his story with Kevin Feige straight.

The Marvel boss made a pretty big announcement about ‘Avengers: Endgame’. The much-anticipated movie came out on April 26th and earned over $2.4 billion but that’s not enough. The movie is getting re-released next week with a post-credit scene and some deleted scenes, according to Kevin Feige.

Talking to Screen Rant, he said, “Not an extended cut, but there will be a version going into theatres with a bit of a marketing push with a few new things at the end of the movie. If you stay and watch the movie, after the credits, there’ll be a deleted scene, a little tribute, and a few surprises. Which will be next weekend.”

Is the tribute for Tony Stark? Could be. Probably.

While it’s still not clear if it’s getting released in India again, but it will be great if it does. We can watch it again just before the release of ‘Spiderman: Far From Home’ and then mourn Tony along with Peter Parker all over again.

Also, James Cameron should start working on his post when ‘Endgame’ finally beats ‘Avatar’ since this re-release will probably give the Marvel movie the push it needs to race to the finish line.
